Canceling an Order

All cancellations of orders must be requested by Purchaser and approved by Herrick Industrial Supply in writing. Purchaser agrees to pay for any and all costs incurred by Herrick Industrial Supply in connection with any cancellation request.

Changing an Order

Please call us a 1-800-641-2240 or 801-627-2240 by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the day the order is placed, if for any reason you need to change or cancel an order. We will do whatever possible to make the requested changes. Purchaser agrees to pay for any and all costs incurred by Herrick Industrial Supply in connection with any cancellation request.
We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Payment

Herrick accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Purchaser may utilize an established account with Herrick Industrial Supply. For customer specific credit needs call 1-800-641-2240 and ask the credit department what credit options are available.

Hold

Herrick Industrial Supply reserves the right to withhold the shipment of all pending orders if Purchaser's account contains any balances exceeding 60 days from the invoice date.

Credit

Despite any prior extension of credit by Herrick Industrial Supply to Purchaser, if at any time Herrick Industrial Supply determines in its sole judgment, that Purchaser's financial condition does not justify further extensions of credit in connection with any sale hereunder, Herrick Industrial Supply may, at its option, require Purchaser to make full payment in cash prior to order entry, manufacture, shipment or delivery.

Default

In the event Purchaser defaults in payment, Herrick Industrial Supply may, in its sole discretion, suspend shipment of goods on order. At such time, Herrick Industrial shall be entitled to all costs of collection including court costs and attorney/collection agency fees in the event of a default of the Purchaser.

Returned Goods

Only returns requested by Purchaser and approved by Herrick Industrial Supply in writing will be permitted. Goods returned for any reason other than a warranty claim will be subject to a restocking charge to compensate Herrick Industrial Supply, Inc. for its reasonable costs incurred with respect to such return. Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances will goods be accepted for return after 60 days from the date of shipment.

Specials

Unless an item is determined in accordance with the manufacturers' warranty policy to be defective, we cannot accept the return of any discontinued, damaged, special order, non-stock or closeout merchandise. All items returned must be in as-new condition in the original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Sales Tax

All sales made in Utah are subject Sales Tax. Exemption from Sales Tax will be allowed only if the Purchaser has provided Herrick Industrial Supply with the appropriate exemption forms issued by the Purchaser's individual state. If the exemption form is incomplete or incorrect the account will remain taxable until the document is in compliance with state regulations.
